My recent stay at the Novotel was mixed. While I enjoyed the prompt service and the cleanliness throughout the hotel, my room was a source of discomfort due to noise from the elevator shaft. The location right in Times Square was convenient for exploring, but it also came with its fair share of hustle and bustle. Overall, I found value in the friendly service and the views, but the room situation left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the room was spacious and fit four people comfortably, and the location was fantastic with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. On the other hand, I faced annoying service issues with housekeeping not providing enough towels and there were consistently long waits at the restaurant for breakfast. Overall, while the room and location were great, service left something to be desired.
